With the first post on the Foundation Lacrosse blog, I wanted to say THANK YOU for coming to check us out! You can learn more about us, our staff, and our mission throughout the website, but I want to reiterate how excited we all are to be working with such a great group of young goalies in the Philadelphia area. We will be updating this section on a weekly basis at minimum, and you can expect to see a great mix of:
